Couple arrested for residing in a NASCAR driver's home

A break-in occurred at the home of NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr., and two members of a religious organisation that backs the movement for sovereign citizens were taken into custody.

According to WBTV, the two are accused of breaking into the home in Mooresville, North Carolina, and squatting there. The home is currently being offered for $15,995,000.

Darius Trrone Hall, 29, is charged with second-degree trespassing, carrying a concealed weapon, breaking and entering, and two counts of aiding a minor's delinquency.

Nataljah Shaleena Fields, 37, was charged with breaking and entering, second-degree trespassing, and two counts of aiding a minor's delinquency.

Hall and Fields are members of The Moorish Nation, a movement with Islamic roots that was founded in the 1920s.

Some members participated in hostile real estate occupations in line with the sovereign citizen movement.
